Water and Environmental Champion is an organization that was established with the primary objective of creating a sustainable and inclusive society in Tanzania, where every citizen has access to comprehensive WASH services.
The organization envisions a future where equitable access to sustainable water, sanitation, and hygiene services is a reality for all. The founders were motivated to establish the organization due to the challenges facing the water and environment sectors in Tanzania, including limited access to clean water and sanitation facilities, as well as environmental degradation.
Through responsible resource management and community empowerment, Water and Environmental Champion aims to protect the environment while ensuring that every Tanzanian has access to WASH services.
